Equipped with a full range of modern shipbuilding facilities and equipment, it owns an 80,000-dwt slipway matched with a 400-ton gantry crane, a 50,000-dwt slipway matched with a 260-ton gantry crane, a 10,000-dwt semi-dock ship berth matched with a 120-ton gantry crane, as well as a 5,000-dwt slipway berth, a 3,000-dwt slipway berth, and a 7,000-square-meter CNC workshop. It has established long-term cooperative relations with universities and research institutions both inside and outside Fujian Province, devoting itself to the R&D and innovation of shipbuilding technologies. The company provides a complete set of scientific and rational comprehensive solutions for ship design, adopting new technologies and techniques such as 3D modeling and block construction. The total length is 197.0 meters, the molded width is 34.8 meters, the molded depth is 19.2 meters, and the container loading capacity reaches 3316TEU. The ship has superior performance and is perfectly adapted to global ocean routes, demonstrating strong comprehensive operational strength. What is particularly worth mentioning is that the ship is equipped with an advanced domestic ship bubble drag reduction system. This system continuously releases compressed air to the bottom of the ship to form a stable layer of micro-bubbles between the surface of the ship's hull and the seawater. It cleverly utilizes the differences in the physical properties of air and water to effectively reduce the frictional resistance of the ship while sailing. This innovative technology not only significantly reduces the main engine load and fuel consumption, achieving an energy saving effect of about 5%, but also significantly reduces carbon emissions and navigation noise, truly achieving the green shipping goals of energy saving, consumption reduction, cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
